| Standard shipping and handling is shown below. Ground usually takes 2-3 days in shipment. Packages are shipped within three business days. Please allow enough time for the shipment to arrive. Our standard shipping is USPS priority or parcel post but we do offer overnight for an additional charge. For overnight shipments of over 10 packages, please email us for the cost. Standard Shipping Cost: 1 package = $ 8 2 packages = $12 3 packages = $15 4 packages = $18 5 packages = $20 6 packages = $22 7 packages = $24 Overseas orders will also have an additional charge. Please contact us at admin@designedby-me.com. Charges can be viewed during the ordering process – prior to the final order submission. Please note, that standard USPS shipping is on us if you order 8 or more design kits in one order. Returns/Refunds We will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be new, unopened, and in its original packaging. If your original purchase included free shipping, you may now be responsible for paying the original shipping fees. (If the return results in your purchase being less than 8 apparel kits.) Please include a copy of the order form/invoice with your return. This will make the return process much faster. Order Cancellation You may cancel an order prior to processing and/or shipment. Please note that we ship as soon as possible so your cancellation must be soon after order placement. Please contact us at sales@designedby-me.com. Damaged Merchandise Please inspect the purchase as soon as possible after delivery. Any damage done during the delivery (this is rare) must be reported. We need to file a claim within 10 days with our delivery company. Contact us immediately at sales@designedby-me.com to report the damage. Also, please keep all shipment/packing material. We cannot guarantee the products that are damaged through shipment after the 10 day deadline. |
